Second-Lowest Cost Silver Plan Premium

The purpose of this tool is to identify the second lowest cost Silver plan available to an individual or household.

To use this tool:

1. Select the plan year.
2. Select the county your household lived in during the plan year selected.
3. Enter the ages of any household members. Only add household members if they meet the following criteria.
   • The household member was enrolled in a plan through Washington Healthplanfinder. 
   • The household member was not eligible for other minimum essential coverage, such as insurance through a job, Medicare, or Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) while they were enrolled.
   • The household member was included on your tax return (i.e. spouse or dependents).    

Note: Enter each household member’s age as of the first day of their health coverage for the selected year. For dependents 20 and under, you only need to enter up to three, even if you claimed more than three.
