Audit & Compliance Committee
The Audit & Compliance Committee assists the Washington Health Benefit Exchange Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities for the financial reporting process, the system of internal control over financial reporting, the audit process, and the Exchange’s process for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations and code of conduct. The membership of this committee consists of Exchange Board members. The Audit & Compliance Committee meets every two months.
