Request a Speaker
Are you a member of an organization or business that would like to learn more about the Washington Health Benefit Exchange? Exchange staff are prepared to attend community events or meetings to discuss the Exchange and Washington Healthplanfinder.
We will review and respond to speaker requests via email within 2 weeks of receiving the completed form. For best availability, please submit requests at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance of your desired event date. While every effort will be made to accommodate your request, staff schedules are subject to change and may require speaker substitutions or cancellations as necessary.
Please Note: The Washington Health Benefit Exchange does not set up event logistics, webinars, conferences, or conference calls for requesting organizations.
