Cascade Care
Cascade Care is expanding access, choice and value for Washingtonians at a time when they need it most.
DACA and other qualifying immigrants
As of Nov. 1, 2024, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients and other people with qualifying immigration statuses can access federal savings through Washington Healthplanfinder.
Gender diversity
The Exchange is committed to working with impacted community members, partner agencies and carriers to make Washington Healthplanfinder more accessible for gender-diverse individuals.

Immigrant health coverage
Individuals and families do not have to be U.S. citizens to get health insurance through Washington Healthplanfinder.

Medicaid unwind
More than a quarter of Washington’s residents rely on Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) to pay for their health care. As of April 1, 2023, regular eligibility checks, which were paused for three years during the COVID-19 pandemic, resumed.
