Dr. Janice Green

Dr. Janice R. Greene retired after a successful career with The Boeing Company. For 20 years, she led supplier diversity strategy, economic development, and business intelligence.

Dr. Greene maintained strategic alliances with domestic and international agencies and external providers to support supply chain inclusion strategies. In addition to expertise in the supply chain, she has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and operations.

In August 2017, Dr. Greene assumed the role of President and CEO of WBEC Pacific, an exciting opportunity to pursue her passion for economic development for women-owned businesses. She continues to be a key individual in the future of equitable business development domestically and internationally.

Active in the community, Dr. Greene currently serves as President of the Snohomish County NAACP, on the Board of Snohomish Ebony Political Action Committee (PAC), and on the Snohomish County Future Workforce Alliance, where she actively provides support and guidance to organizations on equity and inclusion of diverse communities.

Dr. Greene currently serves on several boards and committees committed to advancing opportunities and championing under-served entrepreneurs.

Dr. Greene has a B.S. in business administration, an M.S. in management from Antioch University and a Ph.D. from Skema Business School.
