April E. Lynne

April E. Lynne was appointed by Gov. Inslee to the Washington Health Benefit Exchange Board in January 2018. April is currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Proliance Surgeons. She comes to the board with over 30 years’ comprehensive operations management experience in outpatient healthcare settings and has a held leadership positions in state health organization including Vice President of the Washington Ambulatory Surgery Center Association as well as being the past president of Washington State Medical Group Management Association.
