Upcoming Extended Maintenance
Washington Healthplanfinder will be unavailable from Saturday, Dec. 3 at 9 p.m. until Sunday, Dec. 4 at 7 a.m. due to the following maintenance activities:
- DSHS Eligibility Services
- Homeland Security
- Federal Hub
Washington Apple Health managed care plan information will also be unavailable due to ProviderOne maintenance from Saturday, Dec. 3 at 3 a.m. until Sunday, Dec. 4 at 12 p.m. Washington Apple Health customers will receive a message in Washington Healthplanfinder that they can’t select a managed care plan at this time. These customers will be auto-enrolled into a managed care plan once the service is available. We encourage Washington Apple Health customers to sign back in to their Washington Healthplanfinder account on Monday, Dec. 5 to review the plan they’ve been enrolled in.

Washington Healthplanfinder is unavailable from 10 p.m. until 3 a.m. everyday due to Federal Data Services and DSHS Eligibility Services maintenance.

- Contact a broker or navigator who can help you with your application
- Get a paper application from the Washington Health Care Authority or return to www.wahealthplanfinder.org when the system is available
Reminder: Customers can sign up for Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) or Washington Healthplanfinder Business year-round. Individuals and families who do not qualify for those programs, must have a qualifying life event to sign up for coverage. Learn more about special enrollment periods.
