Your Plan is Discontinued Letter (EE-013)EE013 Renewal Letter

This letter lets you know that your current health plan (or a similar plan) is not available next year. This means your coverage couldn’t be renewed and you must visit to shop for a new health plan. You can even add new dental coverage!

When you get your letter, you should:

  • Sign in to your account
  • Click the quick link “Update My Application and Renew Coverage”
  • Review your application and update any details about your household that have changed
  • Review your eligibility results
  • Select and finalize your plan

Remember! If you make any changes to your household, you may qualify for a special enrollment period. This may change your current coverage, not just your coverage for the next year.
