Molly Voris is the Director of Policy and member of the executive leadership team for the Washington Health Benefit Exchange.
She is responsible for guiding the development of the Exchange’s strategic plan, working hand-in-hand with the Exchange Board, as well as shaping and implementing the Exchange’s policy initiatives that guide the future direction of the organization. Molly is also responsible for the Exchange’s legislative and stakeholder relations portfolio, collaborating with state legislators, key stakeholders, tribes, the Governor’s office, and federal partners on both state and federal policy and regulatory matters.
Molly has been on the forefront of health reform efforts for the past decade. Prior to joining the Exchange, she served as a program director at the National Governors Association Center for Best Practices where she advised states taking the initial steps needed to implement the Affordable Care Act. She was also a policy analyst for the Kaiser Family Foundation where she focused on Medicare and the implementation of Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage.
Molly holds a Master’s degree in public health from the George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and Spanish from the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
