Washington Healthplanfinder will be unavailable for federal data services and DSHS eligibility service maintenance during the following days and times:
- Friday, Feb. 5 at 10 p.m. until Saturday, Feb. 6 at 2 a.m.
- Saturday, Feb. 6 at 8 p.m. until Sunday, Feb. 7 at 5 a.m.
- Sunday, Feb. 7 at 8:30 p.m. until Monday, Feb. 8 at 5 a.m.
Upcoming Weekend Maintenance Notice
On Sunday, Feb. 7, a partner system outage from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will result in an increase in customers receiving conditional or pending eligibility status in Washington Healthplanfinder. These customers will also receive a request to upload documents that prove their citizenship or lawful presence status. The DHS partner system outage will not affect the shopping and plan confirmation experience for customers.
Customers who receive a document upload request as a result of conditional or pending eligibility status on Sunday, Feb. 7 should return to Washington Healthplanfinder on Tuesday, Feb. 9, sign in to their account and check their action center to see if the documents are still required. It may be the case that after eligibility has been re-run with the available DHS service on Monday, Feb. 8 that some customers may no longer need to upload documents. We appreciate your patience and support during this weekend maintenance.
Reminder! If a customer was unable to select a qualified health plan by the Jan. 31 open enrollment deadline on Washington Healthplanfinder because of an operational issue, they may be eligible for additional time to select a plan. This determination will be made by Exchange staff after reviewing the specific application in question. Customers in this situation have until this Sunday, Feb. 7 at 8 p.m. to provide an explanation of the issue they encountered by calling the Customer Support Center at 1-855-923-4633. The Customer Support Center will be open Saturday, Feb. 6 and Sunday, Feb. 7 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please note, this process only applies to Qualified Health Plan customers. Enrollment in Washington Healthplanfinder Business and Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) is year-round.

- Saturday, Feb. 6 at 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.
- Sunday, Feb. 7 at 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.
Our Customer Support Center (1-855-WAFINDER) is continues to be open from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday through mid-February.

Reminders: Enrollment in Washington Healthplanfinder Business and Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) is year-round. Individuals and families who do not qualify for those programs, after Jan. 31 and before the next open enrollment, require a qualifying life event to get a special enrollment for a Qualified Health Plan.
